Shipping

Items are shipped within 3-4 days after receipt of order unless otherwise noted. Insurance is included in the shipping fee. An email will be sent to confirm receipt of your order as well as once the item has shipped and will include tracking information. All items are fully insured. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact the retail gallery for help. We are not responsible for damaged or lost return shipments or return shipping costs.

Expect slight variations from the pictured item as each item is individually handcrafted. Differences may also exist between the actual object and the photograph of the object because of the photo processing or the calibration of your computer monitor.

All holiday purchases (in store and online) are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas if purchased by December 10th. We will ship after that date but cannot guarantee arrival before Christmas.

Exchange

Items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in unworn or unused condition in original packaging with proof of purchase.
